1. We Are NOT Affiliated With Game Publishers

GGGamingStore is an independent marketplace. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game publisher — including but not limited to Riot Games, Epic Games, HoYoverse, Activision Blizzard, Valve, Electronic Arts, Supercell, or any other game company.

All game names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any game on our platform does not imply any association with that publisher.

2. Account Trading May Violate Publisher Terms

Most game publishers prohibit the sale, transfer, or purchase of accounts in their Terms of Service. By buying or selling an account through GGGamingStore:

• You acknowledge that the transaction may violate the game publisher's ToS
• You accept that the account could be suspended or banned at any time by the publisher
• You agree that GGGamingStore has no control over publisher enforcement actions
• You understand that being banned for ToS violation is not grounds for a refund on GGGamingStore

3. Account Recovery Risk

Even after a successful sale, the original account creator may be able to recover the account through the game publisher's support system by providing original registration details or purchase receipts. This recovery risk exists regardless of platform safeguards.

GGGamingStore's dispute system can help if the seller recovers the account after sale — but we cannot prevent the publisher from returning the account to the original owner if they provide sufficient proof of ownership to the publisher's support team.

To reduce this risk, we recommend buying from sellers with high ratings, verified status, and a long history of successful sales.

4. GGGamingStore's Role

We act solely as an intermediary platform. We:

• Provide a marketplace for buyers and sellers to connect
• Hold funds in escrow until delivery is confirmed
• Offer dispute resolution when transaction issues occur

We do not:

• Own, create, or verify any accounts or items listed on the platform
• Guarantee that items will work indefinitely or won't be banned
• Guarantee that sellers won't attempt account recovery
• Control actions taken by game publishers

5. Buyer Acceptance of Risk

By purchasing an account or item on GGGamingStore, you explicitly accept that:

• The account or item may be banned or restricted by the game publisher at any time
• The seller may attempt to recover the account after sale
• GGGamingStore does not provide refunds for publisher-imposed bans that occur after successful delivery
• Your only recourse for seller account recovery is through our dispute system

6. Seller Responsibility

As a seller, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the legal right to sell the account or item
• Not reclaiming or recovering accounts after sale
• Providing accurate information about the account's history and status
• Understanding that recovering a sold account is considered fraud on our platform

7. No Warranty

All items on GGGamingStore are sold "as is" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any item will remain accessible, unbanned, or functional for any period of time.
