Terms of Service

1. About GGGamingStore

GGGamingStore is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of digital gaming goods — including game accounts, in-game currency, items, top-ups, and boosting services.

We act as an intermediary only. We do not own, create, or guarantee any listing. All transactions are between the buyer and the seller directly. Our role is to provide the platform, escrow protection, and dispute resolution.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GGGamingStore. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. GGGamingStore is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following behavior is not allowed on GGGamingStore:

• Selling fake, stolen, or non-existent items
• Reclaiming or recovering sold accounts after delivery
• Fraudulent payment activity or chargeback abuse
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activity
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate ratings
• Sharing account credentials with others to bypass platform controls

Violation may result in immediate account suspension, fund freezing, and permanent banning.

5. Payments & Fees

Buyers pay the listing price plus a Buyer Protection Fee (typically 3%). Sellers receive the listing price minus a Platform Fee (typically 10%). Fees are disclosed before purchase and are non-refundable unless a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor.

All payments are processed through our third-party payment partners. We do not store your full payment credentials.

6. Escrow Protection

For eligible transactions, seller funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. This protects both parties. Escrow is automatically released after the hold period unless a dispute is opened.

7. Disputes

GGGamingStore provides a dispute resolution system for transaction issues. By using the platform, you agree to participate in good faith in any dispute you are involved in. Our team reviews evidence from both sides and makes a binding decision. See our Refund & Dispute Policy for details.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including but not limited to: violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, excessive disputes, or account recovery claims. Suspended sellers cannot withdraw funds until all active disputes and orders are resolved. Frozen or suspended funds may be held for up to 90 days during investigation.

9. Limitation of Liability

GGGamingStore is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GGGamingStore is not liable for:

• Losses from account bans, restrictions, or actions by game publishers
• Losses from chargebacks initiated by payment providers
• Indirect or consequential damages from using the platform

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of fees you paid to GGGamingStore in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
