Seller Rules

1. Listing Integrity

Every listing you create must be accurate and truthful. You must:

  • List only items you actually own and can deliver
  • Provide accurate descriptions, screenshots, and stats
  • Never use fake or misleading screenshots
  • Update or remove listings that become inaccurate
  • Clearly state any restrictions, region locks, or limitations

Fake listings will result in immediate account suspension.

2. Account Ownership

You may only sell accounts that you legally own and have the right to transfer. Selling stolen, hacked, or fraudulently obtained accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action.

3. No Reclaiming Sold Accounts

Once you sell and deliver an account, you may NOT attempt to recover, reclaim, or reset it through any means — including contacting the game publisher's support. Doing so is considered fraud and will result in:

  • Immediate account freeze
  • Full refund issued to buyer from your balance
  • Permanent ban from the platform

4. Delivery Obligations

As a seller, you are expected to:

  • Deliver the purchased item promptly after payment confirmation
  • For instant delivery listings: provide correct credentials so the system can auto-deliver
  • For manual delivery listings: contact the buyer and complete delivery within 24 hours
  • Mark the order as delivered when the buyer has received the item

Repeated failure to deliver on time may result in your seller status being downgraded, paused, or revoked.

5. Communication & Responsiveness

Sellers must respond to buyer messages and dispute inquiries within 24 hours. Unresponsive sellers in active disputes may have the dispute resolved without their input, potentially resulting in an unfavorable outcome.

6. Dispute Cooperation

If a dispute is opened on your order, you must:

  • Respond promptly with your side of the story
  • Provide evidence (screenshots, delivery confirmation, communication logs)
  • Cooperate with the moderation team's requests for information
  • Accept the final resolution decision

7. Penalties & Suspensions

Our moderation team may issue penalties based on seller behavior. Penalty types include:

  • Warning — Minor infraction, logged on your account
  • Penalty Points — Accumulate for repeated issues; high point totals reduce your trust score
  • Suspension — Temporary loss of selling privileges
  • Freeze — All listings paused and funds frozen pending investigation
  • Permanent Ban — Account terminated, all pending funds forfeited

Penalties may be applied for: fake listings, account recovery, repeated cancellations, scam attempts, toxic behavior, or off-platform deals.

8. Off-Platform Transactions

Arranging to complete a transaction outside of GGGamingStore to avoid fees is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing external contact information in messages to bypass the platform. Violation results in immediate account termination.
